At WAFA, we recently welcomed postgraduate students from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Ghana, accompanied by Professor Jonathan Quartey. This visit is part of our longstanding relationship with the university, a partnership that began when Professor Quartey, once a WAFA physiotherapist, introduced the connection years ago.

Currently, we are proud to have two physiotherapists, Raphael and Samuel, from the University of Ghana, who have been integral to our operations and highly valued for their expertise and dedication. Furthermore, we regularly offer internship opportunities for students from the university to gain practical experience.

Our physiotherapists carry significant responsibilities within the academy, ensuring the health and well-being of our athletes. We are grateful for this ongoing collaboration with the University of Ghana, which continues to strengthen our team and contribute to our success.
