TRAINING REGIMES
Daily practical training, weekly matches, and a focus on nutrition and medical care contribute to the overall development of our players.
Education
All players receive a formal education alongside their professional training. Subjects such as English, French, Mathematics, Science and ICT prepare them for other careers in their future.
EVALUATION AND PROGRESS
Regularly assessments that inform individual counselling sessions, aimed at improving each player's personal career development.
HEALTHCARE EXCELLENCE
Our sports doctor and dedicated physiotherapist ensure players receive constant medical attention, including routine check-ups on tropical diseases, dental health, weight, height, and other ailments.
GLOBAL PARTICIPATION
WAFA actively participates in tournaments, boosting player confidence and attracting scouts from European clubs during trials.

Location Highlights
Situated in Fievie near Sogakope, our academy is easily accessible, at approximately a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Accra, Ghana’s capital city. The 9-hectare campus features a 2,500-seat stadium and lodging for up to 100 students.
Facilities
On 9 hectares WAFA has the facilities and professional staff to house, train and educate talented youngsters all year round. WAFA has a stadium with a capacity of 2,500, training pitches, educational facilities, a restaurant, gym, physiotherapeutic treatment facility, swimming pool, guest house and residential facilities for staff members.
