Majeed is a WAFA graduate. In 2017 Majeed went to Red Bull Salzburg. He had loanspells with Austria Lustenau, Wolfsperger AC and Sankt Gallen before being transferred to Anderlecht. He became champion and cup winner in 2020 and 2021 with Red Bull Salzburg. Majeed was part of the Black Stars team for AFCON 2023.
