Forson Amankwah is a WAFA graduate and currently a Norwich City player. In September 2024 he left Red Bull Salzburg and signed a contract till 2028 with one year option. He had loanspells with FC Liefering and SCR Altach. Forson was in the provisional squad of the Ghana Black Stars for AFCON 2023 in IvoryCoast. Unfortunately he wasn’t chosen. On Friday 22nd March 2024 Forson made his debut for the Black Stars in a friendly against AFCON 2023 runner up Nigeria.
